The first Australian food and wine event that sought to comply with global-standard ISO 20121 to become certified as a sustainable event , Orange FOOD Week sets annual targets and writes an annual report on its sustainability.
In 2017, it learned transport to festival accounted for 99.6% of the event’s emissions, so in response organisers increased train and bus options
