Premium Accelerator Regional Event Management Training Program

Specifically for Councils and tourism organisations, the Premium Accelerator Program focuses on boosting the event management knowledge and skills of a selected cohort of existing and emerging events within a regional destination.

The 12 weeks of guided training and assessment is a mix of face-to-face and online, and covers the 10 modules of our event management training program matched with intensive one-on-one event management coaching focused specifically on providing tailored support in the core areas each event needs most. 

A comprehensive report is provided at the end of the program offering Councils a roadmap to plan their event strategy sustainably.

7 Week Regional Event Management Training Program

15 May - 9 June 2024

Delivered as a seven-week-long facilitated and interactive online training program, this program offers a convenient way to improve your event management skills in a flexible learning environment, while learning alongside peers.

With 10 modules, this program covers everything about event planning and delivery, and much of the hard work has been done for you!

Event management bootcamp

We offer in-region one- or two-day bootcamps, focused on setting events up for future success and succession planning. 

We cover event trends, business planning, volunteer recruitment and management, setting up an operations manual, and a pathway to financial viability. 

The second part of the workshop will be tailored to the needs of your region's events, with our event experts experienced in all areas of event management and delivery from marketing to sponsorship and risk management to curating on-trend event programming.
