Lesson 1: How to survive the countdown to event day
By the end of Lesson One you will be able to clear your headspace of all of those innumerable little things you need to do in the final month before an event. You will understand why those little things really are super important to ensure you are able to deliver an exceptional event experience on the day.
Lesson 2: Run sheets and briefing sessions are your friend
By the end of Lesson Two you will have the tools at hand to write a Run Sheet and MC Notes for use during your event. You will understand why briefing sessions and stakeholder meetings are crucial to the success of your event, and how and when to organise them.
Lesson 3: Is the site ready for the crowds?
By the end of Lesson Three you will have a clear understanding on the nitty gritty operations of your event from layout of the site plan and its preparation, to how to organise the hiring of necessary equipment, and handling crowd control.
