Where do I log in?

You can log in here

Can I give other event committee members access to the hub?

A membership gives you a licence for one (1) event. If you have multiple committee members, you may share your login with those using rEVENTS Hub for that event.

How do I renew my membership?

Your membership will be automatically renews in 12 months. To adjust your membership details, log in here and click on Manage Memberships.

My log in details are not working, how do I reset them?

Log in here and click on Forgot Your Password? - to reset your password.

If I cancel my renewal, when will I lose access to the Hub?

Membership access remains until the end of the current canceled billing period. 


Can I suggest a tool or resource for rEVENTS Hub?

Absolutely! This is a hub for you, so your input is encouraged. The best place to make these types of recommendations is in the Facebook Group. We will put our regular calls for ideas and suggestions, however we strongly encourage you to make suggestions at any point in time.   

The hub is fantastic, but our event is still struggling. We need someone to assist us one on one in a more customised way, can you help?

There are a few events in our region that need training and prefer face to face. Would rEVENTS come to our region to do some face to face training with a group of events?

Check out our bootcamps & retreats page for information on this. We love nothing more than getting out into the rural communities, so bring it on! We do need to make it viable, so we would need around 8-15 events and support from the local council or Regional Tourism Organisation.  

How often will new content and tools be loaded to the Hub?

We aim to load new content every month, with at least one new tool/resource loaded each month and a series of news articles and case studies drip fed on going.
